Welcome to BakeAlish, where every bake has a story! I’m Alisha Rodrigues, a passionate baker, instructor, and cake decorator based in India. My baking journey began years ago after attending a basic cake decorating class, and since then, I haven’t looked back. Coming from a family of talented women who have excelled as caterers, food bloggers, chefs, and cake decorators, I’ve been inspired to blend traditional recipes with modern twists. This rich heritage fuels my creativity in the kitchen, allowing me to craft foolproof recipes that are both classic and innovative.
